  • Key responsibilities

    1. To manage the SRFU Fixture Exchange

  • Sussex RFU Fixture Exchange

    To access the Sussex Fixture Exchange you need to:


    1. Search in Facebook for the group Sussex RFC Fixture Exchange, or use the  following link


    2. Log into Facebook.


    3. Press the ‘JOIN GROUP’ button.


    4. Wait for the Fixture Bureau Administrator to approve your application. This can be done before you need to post a fixture request.


    5. Once you are a member, within the group discussion you can post request for a fixture. Your request should include:

    • Your club name.
    • The squad looking for a game and the level they are playing at.
    • Date of the game.
    • Other details, for example (e.g. Game must be a home/away game. Game must be within a 1-hour drive. Early kick off required etc).

    6. Keep a regular check on the comments to your discussion for responses to your request.

    To access the Kent Fixture Exchange you need to search in Facebook for the group Kent RFC Fixture Exchange, or click on the following link 

  • Surrey RFU Fixture Exchange
